Rebublic and Democracy
Obviously, there
are alot of impatient people (voters) right now that are either
questioning why they voted for Barrack Obama, or they are slanting
toward voting for the "right" side during the next presidential
election. I can tell, because I have watched the news and seen
President Obama's approval rating move lower. Those people
are either impatient or are very susceptible to the
brainwashing of the right wing. If you disagree, that's alright. You
do have the right to feel that way. If you agree, then we are on the
same page and it is a fantasy to believe that two years is enough
time to lead the United States out of a recession that has been
brewing for far longer. Even if Barrack Obama was at the three year
mark, it would be a miracle to lead America out of the mess we are
currently in so quickly!
The
Republicans (right) want to be in charge. The Democrats (left) also
want to be in charge. The Republicans want to keep their money. The
Democrats need more money or don't have money. Republicans don't
want to spend their money, so they spend Democrat money.
Democrats
never had much money, so they want to spend Republican money. The
Republicans don't want to spend their money, so they gradually and
subtley make that difficult to impossible. Almost a joke?
Whose money is it
anyway? One side may trace it back to God. God's money...that's for
the Republicans, they think. They may even say that it is the root
of all EVIL, so they should have the right (Right?) to take it for
the sake of purifying it, which now makes it theirs.
The other side may
trace it back to humans or whichever human dug it up, found it or
honestly acquired it. This is more simple.
Allow too many
Republicans to make the laws allowing them to legally ( you know it
) take money from you, and then you have trouble.
Understandand that
the people with the money will do almost anything to keep it, even
if the rest of us lose out big time. It might be appropriate for
those of us who are Democrats, yet vote Republican to start praying
real hard, because we will all need a lot of prayers to be answered
if the Democrats are not given anything close to the same time that
the Republicans have had to screw things up. We need to give the
Democrats time to balance out or even reverse some of what has
happened. Perhaps, if Republicans screwed things up in a very clever
way, Democrats will need far more than equal time to fix this
country. |
